Our mission is to assist music artists in the production of their original material while providing a rewarding experience the artist will enjoy and develop from.

A high quality recording of their original material gives an emerging artist credibility and allows others to understand their vision. Pulling together a band, getting gigs and garnering industry interest are also expedited with the aid of well developed - high quality product. Lets face it- these days the powers that be often expect to see fully developed "finished" work from music artists before getting behind them.

Recording material also provides an opportunity for the artist to assess their creations and develop their skills in song craftsmanship. The process, when engaged thoughtfully, develops the fundamentals- rhythm, melody, harmony, and of course performance.

Over the years we have completed many projects with talented singer/songwriters and bands who just needed a little help (or sometimes a lot!) 'finishing' their songs or interpreting them in a different musical style that contemporised their timeless idea.

Many of these artists often felt alienated and stressed by the whole recording process (where song writing and performance issues come to the crunch as the clock burns away dollars). Unfortunately, many artists spend their money on expensive resources when the work is not quite ready and then no one is happy with the result.

Artists Development Services aims to treat the pre production and recording process as the ultimate learning and creative experience for the artist. We take the time to treat the process as a learning progression for the musicians and teach our artists the practical (i.e. secret) composition, performance and production tips they need to know. We also create an atmosphere and a working system that cultivates creativity, learning and ultimately satisfaction with the result. We aim to empower the artist to develop their song writing and performing abilities, taking more control of how their material evolves and is presented. Regardless of where they start, all our clients have progressed to that next level with their writing, performing and mind set by the end of the recording process.
